Every year, the Nashville Symphony puts together a special series of Young People's Concerts (not to be confused with the Family Series). The Young People's Concerts is a series of free performances for students in grades K - 12 (teacher and chaperone tickets are $10). These special concerts are open to students in public, private and home schools.

In addition to the concerts, there's a deeper educational component. Participating teachers receive a downloadable curriculum that includes lesson plans, music selections and other resources. The content of each concert in the series is geared toward specific grade levels meeting both fine arts and Tennessee's academic standards.
